Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy, defined by Do More Consulting, Inc., a New York Corporation whose principal office is located at 303 Barclay Blvd., Princeton, NJ 08540 ("Do More") sets forth terms and conditions pertaining to cancellation of subscriptions to Do More's online service and refund of donations made to organizations utilizing Do More's software.

Definitions

"Customer Data" means any data, information or material provided or submitted by you to the Service in the course of using the Service;

"Service(s)" means the specific edition of Do More's online customer relationship management, billing, data analysis, or other services identified during the ordering process, developed, operated, and maintained by Do More, accessible via a designated web site or IP address, or ancillary online or offline products and services provided to you by Do More, to which you are being granted access under this Agreement, including the Do More Technology and the Content;

You may terminate cancel your subscription at any time. If you elect to cancel during the first month of your subscription, Do More will refund your payment in full. If you elect to cancel later in the term, Do More will refund your payment pro rata to the date of cancellation. Do More will cancel your subscription upon receipt of your notice of cancellation. Do More will make available to you a file of the Customer Data within 30 days of termination if you so request at the time of termination. Do More has no obligation to retain the Customer Data, and may delete such Customer Data, more than 30 days after termination.

Donations and/or payments made to organizations which utilize Do More's software are non-refundable. Refunds may be sought by contacting the receiving organization directly.
