The do more Operations suite allows organizations to accept dues payments online, collect event registration fees, maintain document repositories, generate mailing lists and create e-mail newsletters.
Accept Payments
The payments component allows organizations to accept dues and other payments on-line. Payments can be either one-time or recurring on a variety of schedules including weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. All transactions are logged for reporting purposes.
Manage Documents
The document management component allows organizations to upload documents for use by other members of the organization. Permissions can be set per type of document to restrict access to documents based upon the user’s relationship to the organization. Documents can be uploaded in association with events, tasks, groups or users, or uploaded to the main repository without any associations.
Distribute Newsletters
The newsletter component allows your organization to create e-mail newsletters or standard mail mailing lists. When published, newsletters are sent to individuals signed up to receive the newsletter.
